The Cats and Lady Cats hit the road in two weeks for Bowling Green, Kentucky for the Mid-South Conference Championship.

Coach Brandon Kilburn said, "I am enormously proud of the effort today. Joseph shattered his own record. Coming off an injury we were hopeful he would bounce back, and he did in an incredible way. Stetson, San'Darius, Chandler, Carson and Owen all ran personal best times today, so we are making progress. Hopefully, we will stay healthy and perform well in two weeks. On the women's side, Andrea was just herself with another fantastic performance. She will look to set a record by becoming a five -time national qualifier in two weeks. Monserrat and Allie also picked up personal best times today so we are peaking at the right time. Hopefully, it all comes together in two weeks."
