Volleyball Signs Coffee County Central Standout

MANCHESTER, Tenn. – The Bethel University Volleyball program recently signed Lilee Scott of Coffee County Central High School.

Lilee is the daughter of Jamie Raney and is undecided on her intended major.

Attending the signing ceremony were coaches Andrew Taylor and Jon Spears, stepmother Beth Scott, stepdad Kevin Raney, father Robert Scott and Mother Jamie Raney.

Scott has played volleyball for seven years dating back to middle school and then four years at CCCHS. She has also played club ball successfully for six years.

Lilee has been involved with HOSA and Interact Clubs during her prep career. She has been an A/B Honor Roll along with Dual Enrollment through Motlow State Community College.

Lilee feels her biggest strengths are her court awareness and her competitiveness. She also feels she is a strong team player with a positive attitude.  

Coach Starla Cupples stated, "We are happy Lilee chose Bethel. She is a solid defender, and we look forward to having her on campus this fall."
