Volleycats Sign Defensive Specialist Ava Donaldson

Carrollton, GA- Bethel Volleyball continues their recruiting success as they add Ava Donaldson, daughter of Wes and Debbie Donaldson, to their 2024-25 Bethel Volleyball roster.

Ava Donaldson is from Central High School where she has maintained a 3.67 GPA and will graduate with honors in her class. Her intended major is education.

Ava has played all four years of her career at Central High School while also facing club competition. She was a member of the WGVA and A5 South club teams for six years. Over these years, she managed to earn Defensive Player of the Year all four years in her career at the high school level.

Her most memorable moment playing volleyball is her senior year whenever their team made it to the final four state playoffs, shattering their previous schools best. She believes that her competitive drive and high energy will add a huge boost to the program.

"Ava is a DS who will be an asset in the back row. She fits in well with the team and I am confident she will transition to the collegiate level quickly."
