Volley Cats Sweep Brescia in Crisp Arena

MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Lady Wildcat moved their record to 6-7 Tuesday night with a 3-0 win over the visiting Brescia University Bearcats.  The Cats moved to 4-3 at home on the season.

It was Bethel's second victory over the Bearcats on the season.  They won 3-0 on August 31 in Owensboro.

The injury-riddled Bearcats fell to 1-13 and have lost 12 straight matches.

Bethel won 25-16, 25-11 and 25-10.

Dominika Skoneczna had 12 kills. Alexa McLaren followed with 10 kills. Gabriela Dominguez had 11 digs while Sami Parker finished with 10 digs. Setareh Valibeygi had 29 assists in the victory.

The Wildcats are back home Friday and Saturday hosting Lindsey Wilson and Campbellsville. Friday's match versus Lindsey Wilson begins at 6 p.m. while Saturday's match against Campbellsville begins at 1 p.m.
