Lady Cats Fall to Lady Tigers Wednesday in Campbellsville

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Tenn. – The (RV) Bethel Lady Wildcats traveled to Campbellsville Wednesday to meet the No. 9 Lady Tigers in another key MSC match-up.

Things looked good after the first period with Bethel leading 1-nil at the break. Audrey LaRue scored an unassisted goal at 23:37 mark.

The Lady Cats saw Campbellsville score three unanswered goals in the second period and beat the Cats 3-1.

The Wildcats dropped to 7-6 -0 and 2-3-0 in the league.

The Tigers moved to 15-1-0 and 4- 1-0.

Both teams finished with five shots on goal. The Tigers outshot the Cats 12-8.

Bethel closes out their regular season Tuesday playing host to Freed-Hardeman at 5 p.m. It will be Senior Night for the Lady Cats.
