Lady Wildcats and Eagles Tie in Non-Conference Affair

MCKENZIE, Tenn. –The (RV) Bethel Lady Wildcats and the (RV) Runnin Eagles of Life University battled to a 1-1 tie Tuesday afternoon in Wildcat Stadium.

Life's Rebecca Noren scored at the 65^th minute mark to put the Runnin Eagles up 1-nil.

Bethel's Briley Ross tied the match three minutes later after an assist from Ainhoa Chirivella.

That would be the extent of the scoring in the match.

The Eagles and the Cats both finished with 14 shots. Both squads had six shots on goal.

Alicia Perez recorded three saves in the match.

Bethel is 9-2-1 on the season.

Life is 9-3-2.

Bethel returns to action Saturday traveling to Georgia Gwinnett. Play begins at noon CT.
