Women’s Soccer Wins Third Straight

HENDERSON, Tenn. – The (RV) Bethel Lady Wildcats made it three wins in a row beating Freed-Hardeman 10-0 Tuesday night in Henderson. It was the 15th meeting between the two programs with Bethel holding a 13-1-1 advantage in the series. Bethel has never lost in Henderson with a 6-0 slate.

Bethel scored five goals in each period to win convincingly.

Audrey LaRue, Kalina Stanisic, Ainhoa Chirivella, Natasha Dudley and Elle Carson had first period scores. Carson had one assist while Sterre Van Bloemendaal had two assists in the period.

LaRue completed the hat trick with two more goals in the second period. Carson scored her second goal in the period. Briley Ross and Bloemendaal also found the net to complete the scoring. Dudley and Viviana Villalobos had assists in the second stanza.

The ten goals are the most scored by a Bethel team since they beat Brescia 10-0 in August 2022. 

The Cats had a 42-1margin in shots and a 27-0 advantage in shots on goal.

Bethel moved to 8-2 overall and 3-1 in the Mid-South Conference.

FHU lost their third straight and fell to 2-10 and 0-4.

Bethel returns to play on October 20th hosting conference foe Campbellsville at 5 p.m. at Wildcat Stadium.
