Women’s Soccer Falls at Campbellsville
CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The Lady Wildcats fell at (RV) Campbellsville Friday night, falling to the Tigers, 5-1. Like their loss at Lindsey Wilson on Wednesday, it was the second period which proved to be their undoing.
The Cats trailed 1-0 after one but gave up four early goals in the second period and it was too much to overcome.
Audrey LaRue scored Bethel's only goal. Ainhoa Chirivella had the assist.
Campbellsville had a 19-11 margin in shots and a 11-4 advantage in shots on goal.
Bethel fell to 6-6-3 overall and 2-5-2 in the MSC.
The Tigers improved to 8-5 and 6-3.
Bethel closes out the regular season at Freed-Hardeman Tuesday at 5 p.m.
