Lady Cats & Lady Tigers to Meet Thursday in Campbellsville

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – In the second of a three-game road conference stretch, the Bethel Lady Wildcats will attempt to bounce back from a 65-50 loss at No. 22 Freed-Hardeman traveling to No. 3 Campbellsville Thursday. Tip-off in the Powell Athletic Center is 3:30 CT.

Bethel (RV) is 13-4 and 0-1 in the MSC while the Lady Tigers have won seven in a row and are 15-1 and 2-0.

Bethel is 2-2 in road games while Campbellsville is 5-1 at home. The lone home loss was to No. 2 Indiana Wesleyan who won 82-74. The loss snapped a Campbellsville 17 game home winning streak.

Madison Hart leads Bethel in scoring at 15.5 points per game. Aliya Lee follows in double digits at 10.5 per outing. The Lady Cats average 68.7 and yield 55.8 points per contest.

Kaitylnn Wilkes leads the Tigers averaging 15.5 points per game. Maddy Boyle averages 14.4 points per contest. Kayla Luebbe is good for 13.9 per outing. The Tigers are second in the nation in scoring at 94.0 points per game. They yield 59.2 points per game. Campbellsville leads the nation in assists at 25 per game.

It will be the 20th meeting between the two programs with the Tigers leading the series 16-3. Bethel is 0-7 against the Tigers in Campbellsville.
