Shotgun Team has Good Showing in East Coast Championship

SAVANNAH, Ga. - This past weekend the Bethel University Shotgun Team competed in the 2024 Lower East Coast Conference Championship.

The team finished sixth out of fifteen teams.

The Cats had good individual showings with Dalton Berry taking home third Men's Doubles Skeet. Cody Hinton finished second in Doubles Trap and Justin Ellis finished 1st Doubles Trap. Dakota Duke took 3rd place in Women's Doubles Skeet and 3rd place Women's Doubles Trap.

Coach Bub Edwards said, "It was really good to see the team come together and work really hard with the small number of team members we had at the shoot. Now we are ready to put in the practice time to get ready for Nationals in March."
