Track Cats Finish Fifth in Saluki Open

Carbondale, Ill. –The Bethel Wildcats finished fifth out of seven teams in the Saluki Open held at Southern Illinois University over the weekend in Carbondale, Illinois.

Bethel had several top ten performances in the meet. DeAnthony Smith came in third in the 400 M Run with a time of 52.39. Devin Weems finished ninth at 54.34. In the Men's 1 Mile Run Jacob Reeves was seventh at 4:45.00. In the 800 M Run Brandon Cooper was tenth with a mark of 2:11 .31.

In the 4X400 M Relay Smith, Weems, Henry Robbins, and Jonathan Dunlap were third with a time of 3:33.62.
