Men’s Soccer Closes out Regular Season with Road Win at FHU

HENDERSON, Tenn. – The Bethel Wildcats closed out their regular season with a resounding 6-1 win at rival Freed-Hardman Tuesday night in Henderson. Bethel scored two goals in the first period and four in the second stanza.

Bethel's Alvin Oguta and Stefan Kokovic scored first period goals. Gregory Cousins had assists on both scores. Kokovic added another goal in the second period. The story line of the period however was a hat trick by Tyler Burns.

Bethel had a 18-4 advantage in shots and a 13-2 margin in shots on goal.

Bethel moved to 11-3-2 overall and 7-3 in the MSC.

Freed dropped their eighth straight and fell to 4-10-1 and 0-9-1.
