Bethel’s Collazo Named Mid-South Conference Offensive Football Player of The Week

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bethel's Joaquin Collazo III is the Mid-South Conference Offensive Football Player of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

Joaquin Collazo III – Bethel (Tenn.) – Sr. – Quarterback – Melbourne, Fla.

• Collazo completed 23 of his 35 passes for 367 yards with three touchdowns and an interception in the Wildcats' 44-7 victory over (RV) Roosevelt.
• He also had a rushing touchdown in the victory.
• Collazo's touchdowns totaled 19, 30 and 64 yards in length.
• He completed 65.7 percent of his passes and averaged 10.5 yards per attempt.
• Collazo earns weekly honors for the second time this season and sixth in his career.
