Bethel Legacy Continues as Creson White Signs with Bat Cats

MCKENZIE, Tenn. – The Bethel Wildcat baseball program signed Creson White of Fairfield, Illinois Wednesday.

Creson is the son of Rick White and Sara Schnepper and will major in Education.

Creson's family has been a part of the Bethel experience. His grandfather Carson White, his grandmother Pat White, his dad Rick White, and his cousin Benjy Pottorff are all Bethel graduates.

White comes to Bethel from TCS Post Grad. TCS Post Grad is a live-in, one-year baseball program designed to help players transition to college baseball while improving their athletic skills and academic readiness.

Creson had an outstanding prep career at Fairfield Community High School where he was the 2023 Pitcher of the Year. He followed that up with a 2024 Gold Glove Award and was named the MVP in 2024 as well.

White feels his biggest strength is his passion for the sport.

Coach Rusty Thompson commented, "We are excited to add Creson to our program. He is a fine young man and will be a great fit for us. His family has a long history here at Bethel and I know they are thrilled he will be here as a student-athlete."
