Bat Cats Even Record with Victory at Blue Mountain Christian

BLUE MOUNTAIN, MS- The Bethel Wildcats evened their record at 6-6 with a convincing 11-5 win at Blue Mountain Christian Tuesday afternoon. The Toppers dropped to 10-8 on the season.

Bethel scored in five different innings. A three run fifth and a four run sixth proved to be huge for the Cats who outhit BMC 10-8.

Garrett Taylor drove in three runs. Adriel Vega and Zack Griffith accounted for three RBI's each.

Jared Hall, CJ Thomas, and Luis Aristud drove in single runs for the Wildcats.

Wyatt McKee picked up the win in relief.

Bethel returns to action Saturday hosting Oakland City in a doubleheader beginning at noon.  The two squads will play another twin bill Sunday starting at 1 p.m.
