Craig Lunn Joins Bethel Broadcast Team

MCKENZIE, Tenn. – Bethel Associate Athletic Director of Communications/Sports Information Director Dave McCulley announced popular McKenzie radio broadcaster Craig Lunn is joining the Wildcat broadcast team. Lunn will be the color analyst for Bethel football this fall and selected games during the basketball season.

Lunn is the Director of Dual Enrollment at Bethel University. He hails from White House, Tennessee, and attended Bethel College as his alma mater where he was a 3-year member of the Bethel baseball team.  He graduated with a BS in Physical Education (1997), and an MBA (2012). During high school football and basketball season, he is the voice of the McKenzie Rebels on WHDM radio 98.9, providing play-by-play commentary. Throughout his broadcasting career, his favorite memory is calling the 2023 1A Tennessee football state championship and the 2022 and 2023 1A Girl's basketball state championships for McKenzie. 

In his personal life, Craig has been happily married to his wife Traci for 29 years. They have three children together: Mitchell, who is 26 years old, Emily, who is 23 years old, and Carleigh, who is 13 years old. When he's not working or broadcasting games, Craig enjoys officiating baseball and softball games. Additionally, he has a fondness for telling Dad jokes, which adds a touch of humor to his personality.

Bethel Athletics and Worthy Road Studios, a leader in sports streaming, recently announced a partnership between the two for coverage of Bethel Athletic events beginning this fall.

Under the newly announced partnership, Worthy Road Studios will stream all home football games and selected home basketball games.

The agreement will feature upgraded production. Features such as slow-motion instant replays and different camera angles will be included.

 Worthy Road Studios also produces live broadcast of the Jackson Rockabilly Baseball team, Union University, Trenton Peabody, Jackson Christian, University School of Jackson and Trinity Christian Academy sporting events. The Ballgame Blitz, the best source for West Tennessee, is all produced by Worthy Road Studios.
