Lady Cats Finish Fifth in MSC Women’s Golf Tournament Championship

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) captured the 2024 Mid-South Conference Women's Golf Tournament championship Wednesday at Bowling Green County Club.

With the victory, the Blue Raiders earn the conference's automatic bid in the NAIA Women's Golf National Championship.

Lindsey Wilson finished with a 34-over par 898 (293-298-307) over the three-round tournament. Cumberlands (Ky.) finished runner-up with a 903 while Cumberland (Tenn.) was third with a 948.

Lindsey Wilson's Danielle Bekker took home the individual title with a 1-under 215 (71-71-73). Lindsey Wilson's Papatsara Niamrungrueang and Cumberlands' Atchariya Thanaudomku finished tied for second with a 220. Cumberlands Ainslee Cruce finished fourth with a 225 while Cumberlands' Sharon Holczer and Lindsey Wilson's Katie Biddlecombe finished tied for fifth with a 228.

The top five individual finishers were all named to the All-Tournament team.

Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) finished fourth with a 960 while Bethel carded a 978 to finish fifth. Campbellsville (Ky.) and Georgetown round out the team scoring in sixth and seventh, respectively.

Albane Le Helloco had Bethel's best finish 11th. She shot rounds of 77, 78 and 83 to finish 22 over par. For other Bethel scores and the complete field scores visit:
