Track Cats Competing in MSC Championships

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. - On the first day of the Mid-South Conference Track Championships Ariel Devoto set the 3000-meter steeplechase school record with a time of 9:39. He surpassed the time assistant track coach Wes Bradshaw held for the last 10 years. This put Devoto 4th overall, missing all conferences by one spot. 

Justice Bishop ran the 100-meter dash and came in with a time of 11.5 in the preliminary round of the 100-meter dash.

The event was plagued with weather delays throughout the day.

The Wildcats will have several more competitors competing tomorrow on the final day of the championships.
